About.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep innate call to create. From drawing and crafting to working with textiles, creativity has always been a space where I could fully express, feel aliveness and free. To me, it’s a sacred language to connect with spirit and intuitive dialogue between body and soul.

That passion led me to study at art school in London, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Textiles. Since then, my journey has taken me across the world living and working in London, India, America and Sri Lanka. During my time in London, I had the honour of working for Global Generation at the Skip Garden Café, a remarkable organisation that builds green, community-connected spaces in the heart of the city. I helped out in the polytunnels, sowing and tending plant beds, creating daily artwork for our black board and transforming produce from “skip to plate” for the children of the borough. Even in the concrete garden of London, I felt deeply rooted in the earth, providing children with good food and getting to show them where their food comes from. The Skip Garden used repurposed skips and polytunnels to grow vegetables and herbs, then incorporated them into educational, seasonal meals to engage the local community.

After that chapter, my journey led me beyond the city and eventually to immersing myself in the vibrant colours and culture of India. My years there were deeply transformative, filled with inspiration, learning and community. I explored and started sharing intuitive art workshops in schools and sold my art along the beaches of Goa. India also marked a powerful initiation into women’s work. Alongside a dear sister, we co-created a space for women to gather, meditate and reconnect with themselves and each other, building the village we always longed for. We hosted women’s circles, mother circles and supported sacred rites of passage. I had the honour of witnessing friends birth and bring up their babies and had studied/trained and began offering bodywork to support different life transitions that we may experience as women. During this time, I also hosted my first holistic retreat Spirit Medicine in South Goa. The retreat brought together practitioners in Sound & Energy medicine, Movement Medicine and Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy weaving together ancient practices to support self healing and remembering that we are the medicine we have been looking for.

One especially sacred chapter unfolded high in the redwoods of Northern California’s Humboldt County. There I lived on a farm with a Shoshone tribe descendant and her family, someone I came to see as a true medicine woman. A matriarch, teacher and mother to many, with stories that took you on journeys and passages within time. She embodied a deep connection to the land and the ancestral ways and by living alongside her and amongst that wild forest was a profound reminder of the power of lineage, the Earth and the wisdom carried by those who walk in deep reverence with both.

Now, I find myself back in Jersey, the land that birthed me, feeling rooted, yet still moving with the pulse of all that has come before. I carry all these threads with deep gratitude and weave them into how I live, create and share.
